Fall Fun

We had a wonderful day on Saturday, deciding to visit Stoneycreek Farms. Trayjan was last there when he was 3. Both the kids loved it. They had so much to do, like a rock wall to climb, pony rides, hay ride, pumpkin patch, haunted house, hay pile to play, lots of fun treats, balloon animals, and a hay maze. Jie was able to do so many things even with her big cast on. Trayjan was such a wonderful big brother, taking her through the haunted house a couple times as well as the hay maze. When we opted to ride the ponies Jie said yes, but a few minutes into it decided there was no way she was riding that thing. Trayjan loved riding the horse so much, he did it two times. The kids chose their pumpkins as well, so I'm sure this weekend we will be decorating the pumkins and hopefully saving the seeds for roasting. What a wonderful day full of precious memories.

p.s. It was Michigan Game Day (which didn't go so well), so we all wore our Michigan Colors. It was a big hit at the farm. We also met another wonderful family who had been home from China for 2 years.

Trayjan, Jie and I joined Trayjan's best pal Will and his mom on a trip to cool creek park Monday, we hit the trails in search of cool things. Trayjan and Will were trying to find Batman's cave while searching for cool leaves. We found quite a few. Jie loved walking over the leaves and crunching them under her feet. It was a beautiful day for nature trails and the kids had a wonderful time.
